rubbish

Whenever I order a card with a 'gift' i.e. a bottle of wine or a bunch of flowers, yodel is the delivery contractor.
They are always late. Sometimes by a day. Sometimes by a couple of days.
This is unacceptable and ludicrous from a service that caters for peoples special occasions.
Moonpig simply 'fob you off' and say through their chat option..sometime today could be anytime from 7am till 11pm.
I was told 'why are you stressed'
To which I replied its my 25th wedding anniversary and I dont want the card and flowers delivered a day late.
In the end gave up on the obvious millenial idiot.
Will not use Moonpig again.
And will tell everyone I know not to either.

Moonpig is a great way to send a card…

Moonpig is a great way to send a card to a loved one abroad knowing that it's going to arrive on time for their special day. Love the choice they have and the fact that you can personalise your choice of card.

Letterbox gysophilia

Flowers arrived a day late. Several broken stems and very dehydrated. Really not worth the cost.
Did pick up a little when put in water

Very good app makes shopping a pleasant experience

I used the Moonpig app to buy a 50th birthday card for many friend. The app is easy to use. I would like to see more cards that have no photos and also more verses to choose from. The service is very good but I do think the cards are still a little expensive compared to some shops. Will definitely continue to use in the future.

Disgraceful

I received flowers today for my birthday very disappointed for my niece who sent them heads fell off or were missing, roses on their last legs packaged all wrong just in damp. Paper then in a pink box to be honest the box was the best part

Failure to deliver

I ordered two birthday cards for my mum one from me and one from her grandkids as well as a beautiful plant to be delivered by courier on her birthday. My card arrived but no sign of the courier and the card from the kids or the plant. No emails from moo pig to say there are delays and all the details on the order I’ve checked and they’re all correct. I thought you were a service I could rely on but clearly not.Thanks Shannon, I did that and was told the plant was out of stock and did I want a refund. I then asked why I hadn’t been told it was out of stock and what happened to the card and was told because they were due to be delivered together they didn’t even bother to dispatch the card. The reason given was we had a high volume of orders and ran out of stock. Well if you run out of stock have a system that allows you to check availability before completing the transaction and inform people rather than just not doing what you said you would. I’ve asked if the card can be delivered separately given they are seperate items, and I can’t believe that you wouldn’t attempt to deliver one of the items promised. Pretty poor service, made worse by no communication to let me know there was a problem and no option then just to deliver the card. Hopefully you can deliver the card.

Not a perfect experience

When i get to paying it all goes wrong. Blank pages, having to keep going back. I've sometimes deflected to Funky Pidgeon!

Received 2 bouquets and both mouldy and dead

Shocking delivery of flowers that were dead on arrival and made the house smell because they are mouldy. I personally wouldn't buy flowers from moonpig because of this. They are very expensive and very disappointing for the recipients. Customer service is shocking too. Don't waste your money!
